INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

This set is delivered frozen and with dried ingredients for maximum convenience.

Herbal Soups/Bone Broth:

  1. Thaw frozen soup in fridge overnight

  2. Reheat on stovetop to desired temperture

  3. Salt to taste

  4. Pour Into your favorite mug or bowl and savor the action of giving to yourself!

Mother’s Black Sesame Soup:

1.) Defrost in fridge.

2.). Reheat on stove, add water to desired texture. Meant to be a bit thick!

Sitting Moon Porridge:

1.) Soak Ingredients overnight (not necessary If you prepare In pressure cooker). Dash extra water.

2.) Bring 8-10 cups water and soaked ingredients to a boil, reduce and simmer for an hour. Sweeten to taste and add additional water for a soupier texture.

Red Date Tea:

1.) Rinse dry ingredients, dash water.

2.) Bring dry ingredients and 8-10 cups water to a boil. Simmer for 1 hour and sweeten to taste. Sip throughout the day.

    • Black Sesame Tang Sui is traditionally beloved as a dessert soup across China. It also happens to be a wonder treat for new mothers, promoting lactation, preventing constipation and helping reduce hair loss.

    • Ingredients: Water, Black Sesame Seeds, White Rice Flour, Rock Sugar

    • Contains: Black Sesame

  • 1 24 oz Dry Mix Sitting Moon Porridge

    • This porridge uses ingredients that are exceptionally supportive for new mothers.

    • Ingredients: Millet, Black Rice, Adzuki Red Beans, Longan, Lotus Seeds

  • 1 24 oz Dry Red Date & Goji Tea Mix

    • Red Dates are postpartum super ingredients, and help restore “heat” or qi lost during labor and delivery. This tea should be drank daily, traditionally for postpartum purposes it almost replaces water content. We deliver these dried for maximum freshness, to be boiled with water for 30-60 minutes and sweetened to taste to make a warm and healing tonic.
