Grace and SIlas Lee spent many years living and working in music, culture and media across Asia. During COVID, Grace began to learn the art of herbal soup bubbling from Silas’s family as a way to stay healthy, satiate Silas’s homesickness for Hong Kong, and eventually as a medium to connect their daughter Semilla to her father’s heritage.

They spent months crafting a product offering that would honor the vulnerable early stages of parenthood (a cause close to our heart) and give the wider community an opportunity to experience this ancient and rewarding way of eating.
