AHMA 湯 Healing Soups is an extension of our multi-cultural family, created out of deep love for Cantonese embodied wisdom of creating lasting health through daily lifestyle choices.

It all began with the birth of our first baby. We had planned to follow the traditions of the Sitting Moon—the cherished confinement period of rest and recovery—but quickly found ourselves swept up in postpartum stress and fatigue.Out of that experience came a small act of care: soups, broths, and teas simmering in a tiny licensed kitchen, fragrant with healing herbs and local pasture raised bone broths. We hand-delivered each batch to new mothers, offering the nourishment we had once needed ourselves.Word spread quickly. Before long, we were at farmers’ markets, on grocery store shelves, and hearing from moms across the country who longed for our soups. But shipping frozen wasn’t just costly—it wasn’t kind to the planet. So we set out to find a better way.After months of experimenting, we created our dried soup mixes: the same wholesome recipes, crafted with care, now easy to prepare at home. What began as a labor of love for new mothers has grown into something bigger—nourishment for every stage of life, for families everywhere.
